Refund Policy

We are dedicated to offering high-quality continuing education to insurance professionals. We understand that circumstances can change, and participants may need to cancel or request a refund. Please carefully review our refund policy below:

Refund Amounts:

  • Full Refund: If a participant cancels their registration prior to the event’s start time and has not joined the course or participated in any polls, they are eligible to save their credit and use this credit amount towards a future event hosted through PIAKY. This saved credit will be equal to the full registration amount originally paid for the course, and the cancellation fee will not apply.
  • Cancellation Fee: If a participant chooses to cancel their registration a minimum of 10 days prior to the event and does not utilize the option to save their credit, there will be a $50 cancellation fee. If a participant cancels less than 10 days prior to the event, you may be subject to a greater cancellation fee to cover additional costs. The cancellation fee will be subtracted from the original registration fee.
  • No Refund: If a participant joins the webinar and engages in at least one poll, no refund will be issued.

Eligibility for Refunds:

To be eligible for a refund, participants must submit a request at least 24 hours before the event begins. All refund requests must be sent to matt@piaky.org with the subject line “Refund Request.” Refunds will only be processed for registered participants who have paid the full event fee. Please note that once a participant begins engaging in the webinar or participates in any polls, a refund will no longer be available. Similarly, if a participant leaves the event early, or joins the event late, a refund will not be issued.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:

If the event provider cancels or reschedules the event, participants will be offered a full refund (without a cancellation fee), or the option to save their credit for a future event.
