PIA of Kentucky Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

To be eligible for a refund, participants must submit a request at least 24 hours before the event begins. All refund requests must be sent to matt@piaky.org with the subject line “Refund Request.” Refunds will only be processed for registered participants who have paid the full event fee. Please note that once a participant begins engaging in the webinar or participates in any polls, a refund will no longer be available. Similarly, if a participant leaves the event early, or joins the event late, a refund will not be issued.

Refund Amounts:

Credit Card Cancellation Fee: If a participant cancels their registration 24 hours prior to the event’s start and has not attended the event in-person, they are eligible for a refund with a credit card cancellation fee. The credit card cancellation fee is $10, and this will amount will be subtracted from the original registration fee.

Full Refund: If a participant cancels their registration 24 hours prior to the event’s start, they are eligible to save their credit and use this credit amount towards a future event hosted through PIAKY. This saved credit will be equal to the amount originally paid for the course, and the credit card cancellation fee will not apply.

No Refund: If a participant attends the event in any part, no refund will be awarded.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling:

If the event provider cancels or reschedules the event, participants will be offered a full refund (without the credit card cancellation fee), or the option to save their credit for a future event.

How to Request a Refund:

To request a refund, please send an email to matt@piaky.org with the following information:

Full name

Event name and date

Payment receipt
